Site Information
This site contains various collections of Sci-Fi
multimedia and other stuff that I have collected and or created. The whole
reason that all this stuff is here is that I wanted a place to put all this
stuff that I could get to from anywhere, and I thought that I might as well
share it with the rest of the sci-fi fans out there. This became a lot
easier to do when a friend of mine started a small business for web site
creation, and I helped with setting up his server, and some other technical
stuff for him (and got paid with server space, check out his site at http://www.sovraninter.net).
I know that this is scattered throughout the rest of the
site, but... A lot of the content of this site is stuff that I have
created myself, and quite a bit of the rest of it might have come from various
other sites on the Net, or e-mails to me, but if you see something that you
think you might have created, please e-mail
me and I will gladly give credit to you and post a link to your site, or
take it down (I'll leave that up to you.) Also, if you have something that
you would like me to post here, or suggestions for new content, send that to me
as well.
This site was created using Microsoft Front Page 2000 (which I
highly recommend), for the quick layout, page creation, and site management, and
I used Notepad for any scripting or anything more complicated than a table. It's
running on an AMD Windows 2000 box with IIS 5.0.
Other software that I use include: MS Image Composer, MS Paint, the cursor
editors in the Windows 98 resource kit, iPhoto Plus 4, MS Photo Editor, Notepad,
and various freeware programs. (I know, but I'm cheap :-)
